We started in 2022 with no roadmap and no particular expectation that things would go anywhere. They did, slowly.
We Started With No Plan
We started MNC Developer in 2021 with no roadmap, no business strategy, and honestly no expectation that anyone outside our friend circle would ever use our apps.
At the time, it was mostly curiosity mixed with boredom. We were building random experiments, redesigning interfaces at midnight for absolutely no reason, and spending more time fixing Gradle errors than actually writing features.
The first app was simple. The second one was slightly less broken. Somewhere between late-night debugging sessions and repeatedly telling ourselves "this should probably work now," people slowly started downloading the apps.
That changed the perspective completely. Not in the dramatic startup-documentary kind of way. More like: wait - actual people are using this?
Since then, MNC Developer has grown into a collection of apps across education, tools, privacy, games, and everyday utilities. The approach hasn't changed much - build things that work, keep them simple, and respect the person using them.
How We Got Here
Started Experimenting
Began building Android apps out of curiosity. No launch plan. Just Android Studio, some tutorials, and a lot of trial and error.
Published on Google Play
Shipped the first app. Refreshed the dashboard more times than was reasonable. Someone who wasn't us downloaded it. That was enough to keep going.
Improving with Each Release
Spent more time fixing bugs, improving UI, and understanding what users actually needed rather than what we assumed they wanted.
Expanded Across Categories
Education, utilities, tools, health, games, privacy — the portfolio slowly grew into something genuinely varied without ever feeling forced.
Still Cooking
Continuing to build lightweight, privacy-focused Android apps with cleaner design and better user experiences. More in progress.
What Actually Drives Us
Most apps are too complicated. They ask for too many permissions, show too many ads, and try to do too many things at once — usually not very well.
We build apps we'd actually want to use ourselves. Apps that do exactly what they promise, nothing extra. Apps that don't require a tutorial. Apps where someone clearly made considered decisions, even about the small things.
We're not trying to be the next big tech company. We're a small studio that likes building things, learning from each release, and shipping work we're not embarrassed about.

Every small decision matters - from button placement to error messages. Good design is invisible.
